Marilyn Groenke is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Supreme Court General Rules of Practice, and is registered on the MN State Roster of Family Mediators. She holds a BA degree in sociology and psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a graduate certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Hamline University School of Law. She has taken certified training in Family Mediation and training in Transformative Mediation. She has worked as a social worker in family counseling, and has trained adult and student learners in communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as peer mediation. She also coaches mediation trainees.
Ms.Groenke has facilitated co-parenting classes since 1999. She initiated and developed this comprehensive co-parenting class specifically to meet the MN requirements for co-parenting training. The focus of her work is a dedication to families and children, and she approaches divorce education from the point of view of the child. She is a child of divorce, and the parent of one son.

Jessica Kuchta-Miller is the facilitator of the legal class. She is a licensed attorney and a Rule 114 qualified neutral for both civil and family law matters under the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. For the past 7 years, Ms. Kuchta-Miller has worked with and advised community mediation programs throughout the Twin Cities metro area. In addition to her work with community mediation programs, Ms. Kuchta-Miller has served as an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law since 2002. She earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Hamline University School of Law and holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from South Dakota State University. Ms. Kuchta-Miller has nine years experience in mediation and mediation training as well as in the coordination and facilitation of co-parenting programs. She is a child of divorce and a parent of two children.
